Description
Custom-made carpal splint for dogs
What is it indicated for?
Our splint is indicated for total immobilization of the carpus for dogs and cats. Especially for tendon and ligament injuries or for post-surgical stabilization.
It is easy to put on and take off, allowing constant monitoring of the animal’s progress and does not prevent the limb from contacting the ground.
Remember that if your dog only needs to have the lower part of the limb immobilized, a short boot splint is recommended.
Immobilize
In cases of injuries or fractures in the carpus of our pet.
Correct
When there are neurological problems or deformities in the forelimb.
Stabilize
In post-surgical rehabilitation treatments for your dog or cat.

How do I take my pet’s measurements?
Width
Rest your dog’s or cat’s paw firmly on the floor and measure the width as seen from the front (not the side) with a tape measure or flexible tape measure.
Measure A
It should cover the distance between the carpus and the midpoint to the elbow.
Measure B
Measure B should start from the carpus downward without impeding the movement of the hoof joint.
