Description
Custom made short boot splint for dogs
In which cases is our splint recommended?
It is perfectly effective for a range of problems, such as those affecting the metatarsal and metacarpal, phalanges, nerve injuries, as well as knuckling.
On the other hand, it is tremendously useful for managing neurological processes and proprioception deficits in the distal extremities.
This versatile and adaptable orthopedic solution is suitable for both canines and felines, providing comprehensive support for the rapid improvement of your faithful friend.
Remember, if your dog or cat requires a more rigorous immobilization of the limb, it is preferable to opt for a specific splint for rear or front extremity.
Immobilize
It is ideal in cases of injuries or fractures, either in the front or rear hoof.
Correct
It acts effectively in neurological processes and compensates proprioceptive deficits.
Stabilize
It is an essential component in post-surgical rehabilitation treatments for your dog or cat.

How do I take my pet’s measurements?
Width
Rest your dog’s or cat’s paw firmly on the floor and measure the width with a tape measure or flexible meter.
Measure A
You should measure from the tip of the nail of the longest toe to the end of the support against the floor of the pads.
Measure B
Measurement B should be taken from the ground to the tarsus (for hind leg) or carpus (for foreleg) without exceeding it.
