Description
Tarsal splint for dogs made to measure
What is it indicated for?
Our splint is indicated for the treatment of tendon and ligament injuries or for post-surgical stabilization of the tarsus (hind leg) of dogs and cats.
It is easy to put on and take off, allowing a constant control of the animal’s evolution. It allows contact with the ground since it only immobilizes the tarsal joint.
Remember that if your dog only needs to have the lower part of the limb immobilized, a short boot splint is recommended.
Immobilize
In cases of tendon or ligament injuries of the tarsal joint of our pet.
Corrects
When there are neurological problems or deformities in the hind limb.
Stabilize
In post-surgical rehabilitation treatments for your dog or cat.

How do I take my pet’s measurements?
Width
Measure the width of your dog’s or cat’s paw with a rigid or flexible tape measure as shown in the picture.
Measure A
It should cover the distance between the tarsus and the midpoint to the knee.
Measure B
Measure B should start from the tarsus downward without impeding the movement of the hoof joint.
